I’m Roman Hvashchevsky — an engineering leader based in Kraków, with 16+ years in engineering and engineering leadership.
My path runs through all three practices. I built and lead a large infrastructure organization; I’m embedding AI into how that engineering actually works; and what started as transforming one department into a Center of Excellence grew into a model for transforming the business itself — from selling people to selling outcomes. I don’t just theorize about this — I design it, staff it, and stand it up at real scale.
I’m still a builder. I co-founded Pride Applications, a product development studio that builds and ships products across mobile and web — from consumer apps to developer tools and analytics — because the best way to know what works is to keep shipping.
